We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise,
- on experience in Service
Now implementation, and the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement technical and business requirements for the Service
  Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc. ).
• Act as a senior developer across all aspects of Service
  Now project and solution delivery.
• Oversee application and workflow configuration.
• Develop
  - specific reporting processes and integration components.
• Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with Service
  Now technical teams.
• Contribute to clients’ business development efforts.
• Support the management team in strategic and operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of
  - on Service
  Now technical experience.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, Integration Hub, App Engine, or GRC products within Service
  Now.
• Strong project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, and ability to conduct
  -
  - end analysis and deliver
  - quality results under demanding timelines.
• Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.

Preferred:

• Relevant Service
  Now certifications.
