Job Purpose

We are looking for an Engineer to join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal, providing engineering solutions as part of the dynamic analysis team within the Flexibles Pipes and Umbilical product line, in accordance with Technip
FMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budgets, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Perform technical engineering analysis using numerical simulation software (mainly Orcaflex) to ensure the suitability of flexible pipes and equipment for client needs.
• Prepare calculation reports related to configuration analysis (e. g. , Dynamic Analysis Report; In-place Analysis Report; Fatigue Analysis Report).
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and other product engineering teams to ensure successful project deployment.

You are meant for this job if:

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, Naval, Aerospace).
• Strong foundational knowledge in engineering (material mechanical properties, material fatigue, etc. ).
• Interest and capabilities in programming, preferably with Python.
• Good organizational, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - oriented environment and project culture.
• Proficiency in English.
