Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience across product and brand
• Thoughtful design philosophy and leadership approach
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design workflows
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• A founder mindset with an ability to innovate on product direction
• A network of other designers and collaborators
• Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and
  - evolving project scopes
