Role Summary:

Lead and manage a team of Product Designers focused on product conception. Ensure team performance, adherence to design standards, and achievement of objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate priorities with Project and Technical Team Leaders;
• Define and implement design rules and standards;
• Manage departmental risks and resources effectively;
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in product design;
• Lead and develop team skills in a collaborative environment.
