Designer
The Designer will be involved in various design projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for creating
- brand visual collateral across a diverse range of disciplines including digital and print. Digital assets would include those for email, website, social media and advertising campaigns. In this role, you should be a team player who is highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. You will take direction from the Senior Designer to produce timely,
- quality work.
The key responsibilities of the Designer include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the production of concepts of promotional collateral for use across print and digital campaigns
- Create attractive and engaging assets for social channels including Instagram, Facebook and Linked
In - Reformat and/or redesign existing collateral to suit print or web in various sizes
- Transpose paper ideas and concepts into a digital format for further refinement
- Resizing and sourcing images, and basic retouching
- Assist in the development of brand identities
- Willingness to learn, listening to feedback to hone skills
- Apply finishing touches to Powerpoint presentations
- Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In
Design, After Effects) and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of basic animation and video editing (Keynote, i
Movie or Adobe Premiere) are considered favourably - Ability to work across Mac and Windows operational systems
- Have creative flair and a willingness to help where needed
- Sound understanding of typography and basic design principles
- Ability to switch between tasks, responding to priority changes in a
- paced environment - Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Innovative problem solving
- Up to 3 years graphic design experience
