Overview

Stefanini or Stefanini Consulting and IT Advisory is a private Brazilian multinational company that provides services, software for IT, and consulting, headquartered in São Paulo. Stefanini is hiring a Deskside Technician for a 1-month project. This role concerns new equipment deployment for one of our clients operating within the pharmaceutical industry. Work model: on site in Lisbon (Olivais/Cabo Ruivo area).

Working in a
- paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and
- on support. We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology. In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Face to Face IT support of users.
• Hardware installation, movement and
  - installation.
• Diagnosing problems concerning company hardware (Laptops, i
  Phones).
• MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.
• Small project management related with new hardware deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical IT environment;
• General End User technology knowledge;
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
• ITSM Tool Set (Service
  Now) preferred;
• Excellent English and Portuguese Language, Written and Spoken.
