About The Role

We are hiring a German-speaking Order-to-Cash Specialist for an international shared services center in Lisbon.

You will manage the

- end O2C process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, order processing, and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders, invoices, and payments for German-speaking customers.
• Manage collections and account reconciliations.
• Communicate with clients in German and English to resolve queries.
• Support month‑end closing and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflow.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Experience in finance, accounting, or customer service preferred.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to an international team.
