We are looking for a Service
Now Administrator and Developer to play a key role in managing and enhancing our Service
Now solutions. You will be responsible for the

- day administration and support of the platform, ensuring its smooth operation. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new features as part of various projects. Reporting to the Technical Leader, you will interact with all stakeholders involved in the Service
Now platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve maintaining and improving Service
Now applications by handling various technical and functional aspects:
Application Maintenance & Support: Manage incident resolution, qualify and implement service requests, and handle routine maintenance tasks to ensure platform stability;
Project Participation: Contribute to the implementation and evolution of Service
Now solutions by participating in design, testing, and transition phases;
Development & Integration: Configure applications, workflows, and user interfaces within the Service
Now platform. Implement Service
Now scripts using Java
Script to automate processes and enhance functionalities. Develop and configure integrations between Service
Now and the organization's information systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability;
Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure that all configurations and developments align with Service
Now standards and architectural guidelines. Guarantee stability, scalability, and performance of the deployed solutions;
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations for existing processes and solutions. Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements to ensure solutions remain aligned with user needs and business challenges;
Solution Validation: Participate in the testing and acceptance of delivered solutions and ensure
- up on any necessary corrections.

Experience in Java
Script development (used for Service
Now scripting (e. g. , Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies));
Knowledge and experience with Service
Now is a plus;
Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL (incident, request, change management, etc. ) is desirable;
Service
Now Certified System Administrator certification is a plus;
Understanding of IT infrastructure principles and best practices for integration and system administration;
Experience with agile methodologies; certification is an advantage;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus);
Ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT (or equivalent experience);
At least 2 years of experience in an IT-related role, ideally in application administration and development.
