Job Role as Developer Dynamics 365:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Commercial and Marketing IT team in Porto. As a Developer for Dynamics 365 Sales, your main focus will be assisting our commercial teams in finding and selling to new customers and retaining existing ones. You will also work with our CMS - Sitecore XM Cloud, Qualtrics, and Power Platform tools integrated into the platform.

Your role involves maintaining and enhancing the platform, building new features, and exploring AI opportunities from our data. Upcoming projects include a challenging Master Data Project and integrations with key systems like Share
Point and ERP.

Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions will be key to success. You will also grow your technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and related applications.

As the lead developer for Dynamics 365, you will manage the full application lifecycle—from initial development to release and deployment. You will receive support from the business, other development teams, and our dedicated Solution Architect to ensure successful implementation and integration of new features.

Our goal is to empower our users and improve our relationships with current and new customers by building strong relationships with platform users to understand their needs and deliver value.

What will you do:

• Develop, maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Explore Microsoft Co-Pilot and its potential to create value with Dynamics 365.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure all features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Document all developed functionalities comprehensively.
• Maintain high quality assurance standards throughout development stages.
• Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

What makes you fit:

• Experience with Dynamics 365, especially Sales and Marketing modules.
• Knowledge of customizations, plugins, scripts, and Custom APIs in Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Azure solutions, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
• Strong initiative and proactive approach to identifying needs and opportunities.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and good
  - solving skills.
• Passion for technology and people.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Type
  Script and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
