Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Commercial and Marketing IT team in Porto. As a Developer for Dynamics365 Sales, your main focus will be assisting our commercial teams in finding and selling to new customers and retaining existing ones. You will also work with our CMS - Sitecore XM Cloud, Qualtrics, and Power Platform tools integrated into the platform.

Your role will involve maintaining and improving the platform, building new features, and exploring AI opportunities from our data. Key projects include a challenging Master Data Project and integrations with other systems at ISS such as Share
Point and ERP.

Understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions will be essential. You will also grow your technical expertise in Dynamics365 Sales and other related applications.

As the principal developer for Dynamics365, you will manage the full lifecycle of the application, from initial development to release and deployment. You will receive support from the business, other development teams, and our dedicated Solution Architect to ensure successful implementation and integration of new features.

Building relationships with platform users to understand their needs and values is crucial. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within ISS's diverse technological journey.

Your Day-to-Day at ISS Tech Portugal:

• Develop, maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics365 Sales.
• Explore Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with Dynamics365 to create value for users.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Document all developed functionalities thoroughly.
• Maintain high quality assurance standards across all development stages.
• Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience with Dynamics 365, especially Sales and Marketing modules.
• Knowledge of customizations in Dynamics365, including developing plugins, scripts, and Custom
  APIs.
• Understanding of Power Platform and its use within Dynamics365.
• Experience with Azure, particularly solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Proactive
  - starter with a strong interest in

• Open-minded, adaptable, and good problem solver.
• Passion for technology and people.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Type
  Script and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines, version management, and automated deployments.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining pipelines for Dynamics365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and software delivery cycles.
