The role

In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) to streamline business processes and enhance productivity across client organizations.

Main responsibilities

• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to streamline financial workflows (e. g. , loan processing, compliance tracking, client onboarding).
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate, ensuring alignment with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support
  - driven
  - making.
• Develop and maintain chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with compliance officers and IT teams to deliver secure,
  - ready solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other
  - party services, like core financial systems (e. g. , CRM, ERP, risk management platforms).
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Ensure all solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards (e. g. , GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Document development processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage with internal communities (e. g. , Power Platform Community, Git
  Hub Copilot Developer Community, M365 Copilot Community) to learn and share best practices.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, connectors and new features.
• Nice-to-have: Also, be curious and stay updated with Microsoft Copilot Studio features, and AI Builder capabilities.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be

• Proven experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of
  - code/no-code development principles and patterns.
• Ability to create simple canvas and
  - driven apps.
• Knowledge of basic Power Fx formulas and expressions.
• Experience with data modelling, APIs, and connectors.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Share
  Point, SQL, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a
  - oriented environment
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Interest in AI technologies and conversational interfaces.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or AI Copilot Studio Builder.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance, especially in
  - risk environments (Financial or Health).
• Understanding of financial services workflows, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management, KYC/AML, or regulatory reporting processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points.
• Experience with Git
  Hub or similar version control systems.
• Background in consulting or
  - facing roles.
