Role purpose

Lead the organisation's efforts in fundraising, income diversification, and partners engagement.

Responsibilities

As Development & Marketing Lead, you'll contribute to the organisation's efforts to increase strategic income streams, including
-
- service, grants, and donations. This involves:

• Acquisition, nurturing, and renewal of
  -
  - service agreements and donations from public entities, individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Diversification of strategies to engage new and existing philanthropic and strategic partners.
• Create
  - driven messaging and campaigns that build trust and communicate the impact of the work we do.
• Craft compelling storylines, pitch decks, reports, and proposals.
• Support partner engagement and represent the organisation by attending external events as well as collaborating internally to organise events.
• Team management and mentorship.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, business development, or partnerships management
• Demonstrated capacity to secure funding using different strategies
• Background in Marketing would be considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and

• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Self-motivated, responsible, and

• Relevant work permit for Portugal (if applicable)
