This role involves advancing projects to Ready-to-Build status, managing land lease agreements, and coordinating with public entities, consultants, and internal teams to expand our renewable energy portfolio.

We are seeking a Development Project Manager to support the planning, design, permitting, and execution of wind and solar projects in Portugal. This role involves advancing projects to Ready-to-Build status, managing land lease agreements, and coordinating with public entities, consultants, and internal teams to expand our renewable energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage wind and solar projects through permitting, environmental assessments, and municipal approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, public authorities, and internal legal, engineering, and finance teams.
• Negotiate and manage land lease agreements, secure properties, and identify suitable sites using GIS tools.
• Ensure projects remain viable, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
• Report project status and progress to department leadership.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Driving license and willingness to travel frequently in Portugal.
• Knowledge of Portuguese environmental and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Location and travel

This role is based in Lisbon and there will be frequent travel across Portugal.
