Development Project Manager, Solar PV and Onshore Wind

We are seeking a Development Project Manager to support the planning, design, permitting, and execution of wind and solar projects in Portugal. This role involves advancing projects to Ready-to-Build status, managing land lease agreements, and coordinating with public entities, consultants, and internal teams to expand our renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage wind and solar projects through permitting, environmental assessments, and municipal approvals.
Coordinate with consultants, public authorities, and internal legal, engineering, and finance teams.
Negotiate and manage land lease agreements, secure properties, and identify suitable sites using GIS tools.
Ensure projects remain viable,
- effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Report project status and progress to department leadership.
Desirable Skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Driving license and willingness to travel frequently in Portugal.
Knowledge of Portuguese environmental and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
This role is based in Lisbon and there will be frequent travel across Portugal.
