Job Title: Siemens Teamcenter Developer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – On-site & Remote but not 100% remote)

Contract: ASAP start

Duration: Mid-August to December 2025

Workload: 100%

Outlook: Option for permanent placement starting January 2026.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Developer to design, customize, and maintain PLM solutions. The role focuses on implementing data models, workflows, and system integrations that support business efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Siemens Teamcenter applications.
• Develop data models, workflows, and system interfaces.
• Perform system administration and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Support testing and provide user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• 3–5 years of Siemens Teamcenter development experience.
• Proficient in ITK, RAC, SOA, BMIDE, and system integration.
• Programming skills in Java, C++, or similar.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server and PL/SQL.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Siemens Teamcenter certifications.
• Experience with T4S, T4ST, FN4T, and AIG interfaces.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and engineering processes.

NB: The candidate does not need to be located in Switzerland. Viable alternatives are Lisbon, Gothenburg or Linköping. Remote work would also possible, e. g. for 3 out of 5 days per week.
