The Development Manager (M/F/D) will lead and manage a team of Application Engineers responsible for product development within the Business Unit. Ensure technical performance and compliance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development from specification to design;
• Drive innovation and propose technical solutions;
• Build partnerships and manage risks and resources;
• Develop team skills and foster collaboration.
