We are looking for a Dev
Ops Architect / Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining a
- class Dev
Ops environment to support our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, working closely with
- functional teams to enable scalable, secure, and highly available platforms.

? What you will be doing

- Design, develop, and implement Dev
Ops processes, tools, and standards for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Build, manage, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and production environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Azure Dev
Ops, Terraform, and Bicep.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and operations teams to embed Dev
Ops best practices across the delivery lifecycle.

- Define and enforce infrastructure, security, and deployment standards.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Dev
Ops and cloud infrastructure issues.

- Support release management, environment governance, and deployment strategies.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new Dev
Ops tools, cloud services, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and operational guidelines.

? What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dev
Ops architecture and engineering roles.

- Strong
- on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Dev
Ops, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.

- Solid understanding of Dev
Ops principles, cloud architecture, and automation strategies.

- Experience supporting
- grade platforms and production environments.

- Excellent
- solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of Dev
Ops initiatives.

- Good level of Portuguese and English, spoken and written (minimum B2).

? Plus (not required but valued)

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.

- TOGAF® EA Foundation and/or Practitioner certification.

- Experience working closely with UX and Testing specialists in agile environments.

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices in Azure.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

- Background in
