Ops Architect

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud
  Formation
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
• Ensure security best practices are applied across all platform components
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of
  - on experience in Platform Engineering and/or Dev
  Ops
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power
  Shell
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, Git
  Lab CI, or Circle
  CI
• Solid expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
• Excellent
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK stack
• Knowledge of database management and performance optimization
• Cloud or Dev
  Ops-related certifications
