We are looking for an experienced Dev
Ops Architect to lead the

- scale Git
Lab ecosystem to Git
Hub. This strategic role involves designing, planning, and executing the migration while ensuring smooth coordination across global Dev
Ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect the migration from Git
  Lab to Git
  Hub at scale
• Design and implement robust migration strategies using Git
  Hub Actions, CI/CD, and Dev
  Sec
  Ops
• Collaborate with offshore Dev
  Ops teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Engage stakeholders and maintain transparent communication throughout the project
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Dev
  Ops, including 5+ years in architecture
• Proven track record in migration projects with
  - scale Git
  Lab ecosystems
• Expertise in Git
  Hub Actions, CI/CD, and Dev
  Sec
  Ops
• Experience with Terraform and
  - native environments
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a focus on project transparency
