About Responsibilities

As a member of our Expertise Development Pole, you will play a crucial role in driving expertise development across various domains, accelerating KLx's transformation, and fostering innovation. Our initiatives, such as K-Paths and K-Techs communities, are designed to support these goals.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Dev
Ops Specialist will be responsible for developing and supporting the companywide Dev
Ops strategy.

Your main missions will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Ia
  C) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud
  Formation.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Who You Are

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of
- on experience in platform engineering and Dev
Ops.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power
Shell.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, Git
Lab CI, or Circle
CI.

Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Fluent in English, with proficiency in French being a plus.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo or ELK stack).
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Certification in cloud platforms or Dev
  Ops methodologies
