We are seeking an experienced Dev
Ops Coach to lead the adoption of Dev
Ops practices and principles. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Dev
Ops methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as excellent coaching and leadership skills. The Dev
Ops Coach will work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing Dev
Ops practices.

Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities include:

• Create awareness about the Dev
  Ops culture and values
• Foster collaboration between development and operations, improving communication
• Assess the maturity level of teams by analyzing their applications and working methods
• Define the trajectory to reach the maturity level necessary to achieve Continuous Everything objectives
• Share, advise, and guide teams on best practices, processes, methods, and tools through training and workshops
• Contribute to building components of the Dev
  Ops pipeline
• Evaluate the progress of teams in terms of implementation of Dev
  Ops practices
• Collaborate with other coaches
• Break down silos and resolve blockages
• Create synergies between development and operations work
• Facilitate project handovers

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Technical Skills:

• Production processes (ITIL, monitoring, infrastructure)
• Dev
  Ops (CI/CD, automation, Agile, Infrastructure as Code)
• General production knowledge (Cloud, VM, RHEL, Oracle, …)

Language Skills:

• English (Expert)
