The Role

Dev
Ops Coach for a national project. You will work as part of a tech talent team to promote Dev
Ops culture across the organization.

Your Day to Day

• Create awareness about the Dev
  Ops culture and values;
• Facilitate collaboration between development and operations to improve communication;
• Assess the maturity level of teams by studying their applications and working methods;
• Define a trajectory to reach the maturity level necessary to achieve continuous delivery and related objectives;
• Share and advise on best practices, processes, methods, and tools through training and workshops;
• Contribute to building components of the Dev
  Ops pipeline;
• Evaluate the progress of entities in terms of Dev
  Ops implementation;
• Collaborate with other coaches;
• Break down silos and resolve blockers;
• Create synergies between development and operations work;
• Facilitate handovers to the client.

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of production processes (ITIL, monitoring, infrastructure);
• Experience with Dev
  Ops (CI/CD, automation, Agile, infrastructure as code);
• General production knowledge (Cloud, VM, RHEL, Oracle);
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
