About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Dev
Ops Coach to champion the adoption of Dev
Ops principles across our organisation. You will play a pivotal role in guiding teams on their Dev
Ops journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling seamless collaboration between Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Dev
  Ops Culture: Advocate for Dev
  Ops values and best practices, creating awareness and enthusiasm across teams.
• Bridge the Gap: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Development and Operations, breaking down silos and building strong partnerships.
• Assess & Guide: Evaluate team maturity by analysing applications and working methods, and define clear roadmaps to achieve higher levels of Dev
  Ops maturity.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead training sessions and workshops to share knowledge, tools, and best practices, empowering teams to excel.
• Pipeline Excellence: Contribute to the design and enhancement of Dev
  Ops pipelines, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Monitor Progress: Track and report on the adoption of Dev
  Ops practices, celebrating successes and identifying areas for further growth.
• Collaborate with Coaches: Work alongside other coaches to share insights, resolve challenges, and create synergies.
• Facilitate Handover: Ensure smooth transitions and handovers to clients, maintaining high standards of service and delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of production processes (ITIL, monitoring, infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience with Dev
  Ops tools and methodologies (CI/CD, automation, Agile, Infrastructure as Code)
• Broad knowledge of production environments (Cloud, Virtual Machines, RHEL, Oracle, etc. )

Language Skills:

• Fluent English
