Who We're Looking For

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Provide functional & technical support to internal users
• Manage incidents, change requests and service requests (Service
  Now)
• Monitor application health and infrastructure performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (Linux-based environments)
• Participate in crisis calls, root cause analysis and communication to users
• Design and maintain application environments across multiple stages
• Implement improvements to enhance stability, performance and automation
• Contribute to capacity planning, continuity management and problem management
• Automate deployments, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with global and local teams (Developers, IT Production, ICP Support)
• Validate server migrations, participate in tool evolution and standardization

Infrastructure & Systems

• Advanced Red
  Hat Linux
• Strong troubleshooting of servers, networks, and application environments

Dev
Ops & Automation

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Scripting: Python, Bash
• Hashi
  Corp tools (Vault, Terraform)
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud

Monitoring & Observability

• Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferred)
• Logs, metrics, and alerting tools

Profile and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT / Production Support / Dev
  Ops
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Ability to manage stress in
  - moving production environments
• Proactive, autonomous and focused on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in ITIL processes is a strong advantage
