About the Role

We are a
- regional team transforming a large Java-based application on Linux servers into a highly available, scalable, and observable microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Kafka. Our goal is to align with best practices and established standards for modern software delivery.

We are seeking a skilled Dev
Ops Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of Dev
Ops experience in banking or similar industries. You will play a key role in CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and system reliability, collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines – automate processes with mastery.
• Manage infrastructure; ensure system performance, stability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple environments.

Technical Skills (must-have)

• Unix/Bash – Mastery
• Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka – Expert
• Jenkins – Expert
• Helm, Gradle (Groovy), Ansible, SQL, Java – Proficient
• Service
  Now – Basic knowledge

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
