Ops Engineer Expert role at AXA Group Operations

• Monitor and maintain our data pipeline that processes massive batch data scheduled through Airflow, processed by ETL tools, and loaded into databases;
• Perform regular health checks on middleware components including JBoss, Apache, and Tomcat servers;
• Optimize middleware configurations for performance and stability;
• Manage Linux user permissions, groups, and access rights on Red
  Hat environments;
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting;
• Create and manage system tickets for infrastructure changes requiring specialized teams;
• Coordinate with network teams for firewall configuration requests;
• Install and configure components from Linux repositories independently or coordinate with system administrators for restricted installations;
• Leverage AI tools like Chat
  GPT and Claude to assist with configuration challenges and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with monitoring tools, alert systems, and performance tuning.
• Solid background in Dev
  Ops practices, data governance, and ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of data models, data pipelines, batch processing (Airflow), and ETL processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AI tools for technical support.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus!
