Job description

Join Mantu’s engineering team to lead the evolution of our cloud infrastructure toward modern,
- native architectures on Azure. You will play a key role in enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing system performance, and enabling faster, more reliable software delivery across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to design scalable solutions, eliminate technical bottlenecks, and drive Dev
Ops excellence — all aligned with business goals and DORA performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities

• Refactor and evolve existing Azure-based services into resilient, scalable
  - native architectures.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipeline templates to reduce lead time, improve reliability, and accelerate deployment frequency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and other Ia
  C tools.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop
  - quality code in. NET, Java, or Python to support platform tooling and automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend improvements in tooling, processes, and developer workflows.
• Promote a culture of observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience inDev
  Ops, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong software development skills with
  - on experience in. NET, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record in building and managingCI/CD pipelines(Azure Dev
  Ops, Git
  Hub Actions, Jenkins, etc. ).
• Expertise ininfrastructure-as-codeusingTerraform or Ansible.
• Solid experience withMicrosoft Azure(AWS or GCP experience is a plus).
• Proficient in troubleshooting at the system, network, and application levels.
• Advanced scripting skills inPower
  Shell, Python, or Bash.
• Fluent English– both written and spoken – with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Plus Points

• Familiarity withDORA metricsand experience improving engineering performance.
• Hands‑on experience withgenerative AI toolssuch as Git
  Hub Copilot, Chat
  GPT, Claude, or IDE-integrated assistants to boost developer productivity.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and service mesh technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor).
• Background in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc. ) with attention to compliance and security.
