**Location**:Camarate, with weekly visits to Parque das Nações office, and sporadic visits to Faro and Porto offices. **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. **What we offer**:

- Assist employees with hardware, software, and network issues;



- Manage tickets and requests in Asana;



- Troubleshoot technicalproblems;



- Document and monitor incidents;



- Escalate complexissues to
- level support;



- Provide

- step user guidance;



- Communicate clearly and empathetically with users;



- Handle requests based on priority;



- Collaborate with
KW departments and support teams;



- Propose and implement service improvements;



- Monitor system performance for issues;



- Help users follow security policies;



- Train users on equipment and software;



- Generate periodic reports on issues;



- Maintain IT equipment inventory;



- Follow IT trendsand suggest improvements;



- Update knowledgebaseswith solutions;



- Report issues tomanagement;



- Follow company protocols for consistency;



- Prioritize urgent issues;



- Exhibit patienceand empathy. **Requirements**:
- No prior experience required;



- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;



- Solution-oriented and
- tempered;



- Excellent communication skills;
