What is the position about?

In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building the
- gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors and you’ll have the crucial of packing our solutions. What will you be doing in your
-
- day?

-       Create and maintain the infrastructure, Git
Lab repository and pipelines for development and deployment,

-       Support quick and effective incident resolution and create procedures to prevent them,

-       Explore issues using our observability stack and implement alerts to prevent issues from happening,

-       Help projects in managing the complete lifecycle of the application from the architecture to design, development and maintenance,

-       Collaborate with project/product teams and clients to understand and help define project goals and requirements,

-       Write and maintain documentation,

-       Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet sprint deadlines and deliver
- quality software solutions within an agile methodology.

What is our technology stack?

-       Hybrid infrastructure – AWS and
- premises

-       Kubernetes on both public and private cloud

-       Gitlab and gitlab CI/CD

-       Helm charts

-       Terraform

-       Containers – Docker, podman and containerd

-       Python

Who are you?

-       Graduated in computer science, informatics, and related fields,

-       Have at least two years of experience in similar positions (preferably),

-       Experienced in support directed to site reliability engineering,

-       Proficient with our technology stack (or at least with part of it and with a strong willingness to learn),

-       Knowledge of networks, infrastructure and IT security principles,

-       Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English,

-       Very agile in
- solving and with a focus on proactively solving (unseen) problems,

-       A team player who thrives in collaborative projects,

-       Curious and with a growth mindset who loves to new challenges and to learn new skills, techniques and methodologies.
