About the Role
We are looking for a Dev
Ops & Cloud Engineer to join our fully remote team across Europe. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and
- native development to enable a scalable, secure, and resilient platform built on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of pipelines, robust environments, and efficient cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure-native services.
- Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and workloads.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev
Ops and Git
Hub Actions. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
- Support and enhance the Databricks environment across multiple environments (dev/test/prod).
- Implement observability, security, and compliance best practices in the cloud.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve reliability.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop deployment automation and production monitoring tools.
- Coordinate incident resolution across engineering and operations teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Dev
Ops, Cloud Engineering, or related roles. - Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (networking, compute, storage, identity).
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia
C) principles. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev
Ops Pipelines or Git
Hub Actions. - Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes concepts (Helm, KEDA).
- Understanding Databricks or modern data platform operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a focus on reliability and automation.
- Strong communication skills in English.
