Mov. ai is the robotics engine platform that empowers users to implement, share, deploy, and remotely operate robotic behaviors. Our mission is to become the standard runtime for companies that deploy fleets of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to automate repetitive warehouse tasks.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to incorporate our devops team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining systems that enable developers to excel in their work.

Devops is a transversal team, translating in your success directly impacts the company’s business, and the happiness of our customers.

The systems maintained by this team are
- critical as from the continuous integration of our products to the installation and deployment of our products.

You will work in a
- disciplinary environment, where software and robotics meet, and ideas from different areas are the foundation of the success.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality code for mission critical systems that runs on thousands of robots

Constant improvement of our deployment capabilities and scalability of our product and internal systems.

Design and develop containerized or
- oriented software following
- security architecture best practices

Optimize Linux, C++ and Python performances by creating minimal
- built Linux distribution ready packages

Responsible for development environment tools and scripts

Follow Agile Scrum methodologies

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering or Computer Science

Programmer with Dev
Ops experience:

implement and maintain a CI/CD pipeline (Github Actions)

Git (such as Bitbucket, Git
Hub, Git
Lab)

Adept of best practices: unit testing, code review, pair programming, technical documentation

3+ years experience of programming with various programming languages such as:

Python/C++/Go for automation or integration with APIs.

CMake packaging

Proven experience in the following:

Linux source compilation and customizing a distribution:

public and private repository maintenance

apt/yum packages building

Docker, Kubernetes or any other containerization tool

Database: advanced usage such as cluster, replication, distributed locks (Redis or other)

Experience in Linux driver debugging – advantage

Experience in Linux security, hardening, firewall, IPsec – advantage

Experience in ROS and Robotics – advantage

Experience with DDS protocol – advantage
