- premises platforms. We look for opportunities to do things smarter, cheaper, quicker, and ensuring everything we do can be
- used by our development teams. **Key Responsibilities*** Create and maintain the pipelines for publishing code to Azure* Oversee and coach squads in

Ops maturity* Oversee and direct the vendor Dev
Ops and Infrastructure resources* Create and maintain Azure infrastructure across all environments* Propose and implement

- scaling of resources to meet the needs of the moment* Collaborate with all London Market Chapters* Help to commoditise cloud services where possible* Identify engineering limits, bottlenecks and tipping points before they’re reached**Person Specification**Mandatory skillset:* Experience of working as an engineer, working on solutions in Azure, GCP or hybrid cloud. Preferably with Azure Dev
Ops. * Experience with Terraform and Azure Resource Management Templates* Knowledge of Cloud native, microservices, containerized systems, preferably with Kubernetes* To have a strong desire for continuous improvement and an Agile way of working
Ideally in addition:* Commercial
- on software delivery, including either implementation and
- going systems administration experience in a previous role using a variety of technologies, or, build and deployment engineering with modern practices* Sound experience in identifying, implementing and maintaining IT solutions / systems in regulated markets / industries* Proven accountability for delivering technical components of both IT or commercial projects and
- going “BAU” programmes* Ability to work as part of a small team that is part of a larger product division* Proven communication and presentation skills* Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment* Able to articulate on processes and tools utilized to ensure quality, stability, performance, scalability, deployment, security, maintenance and documentation* Knowledge and understanding of latest trends in Dev
