About the role
We are looking for a Dev
Ops Engineer to integrate a multidisciplinary team working on a project in the telecom market.
You will help in Business as Usual (BAU) of an operations team (ITIL L1 to L3), with a focus on automation process and ticket journey. You will help the remaining operations team to ensure stability and system availability according to the agreed service levels.
As part of the operations team, you will maintain and upgrade existing system applications and configurations, ensuring that deployment activities are well orchestrated and follow all the necessary steps to ensure the proper deployment procedures and do not create any issues on the system stability (Pre-Prod and Prod).
Help the operations team to create automation of

- day activities (User Management, Infrastructure management) and bug fixing in applications and existing scripts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily troubleshooting, solution monitoring & analysis activities to assure solutions stability, availability, and performance;
- Create, update, and maintain the system configurations and parametrizations to ensure the environment stability and deliver it as part of the Agile methodology;
- Assure daily checks and activities to ensure a correct environment application management strategy;
- Assure operations tasks that contribute to planned and unplanned releases (including
- fix deployments); - Hands-on ability to automate repeated operations tasks.
What are we looking for?
- +3 years of experience implementing and operating AWS Dev
Ops solutions and services; - Experience with Terraform, write, update, and run Terraform;
- Knowledge of Cloud Dev
Ops Solutions and Services (will be a plus to have knowledge in AWS and GCP); - Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL/Cent
OS/Amazon Linux preferably); - Proven experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ansible);
- Proven experience in AWS Resources: AWS EC2, RDS, Cloud Watch, S3, Lambda, IAM, EKS, Dynamo
DB, API Gateway (Experience in GCP resources will be a plus (GCE, Google Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Monitoring, Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Functions, GKE); - Experience of Dev
Ops Tooling: Docker, Git
Lab, Git
Lab CI, Terraform, Postgre
SQL, IAM, Redis; - Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines using Git
Lab, Git
Lab CI; - Network skills TCP Protocols, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewall, VPN;
- Understanding of the functioning of a production system's operation - ticketing tools, escalation processes, communication with external stakeholders, etc.
