About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong Dev
Ops and Observability skills to help accelerate our migration to Datadog.
This role will focus on configuring alerts, building and optimizing dashboards, and ensuring compliance with environment policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership from day one: analyze existing services and independently implement configuration changes.
- Lead the development and optimization of observability tools, including dashboards and alerting in Datadog.
- Ensure compliance with internal environment policies and support adherence to our service rulebook.
- Collaborate with teams to improve observability maturity and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Contribute to

- end testing initiatives to maintain high service quality. - Provide mentoring to team members in observability and Dev
Ops areas.
Requirements
- Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally with Java, React, and AWS.
- Proven expertise in Dev
Ops practices and observability tools, particularly Datadog. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a
- paced environment. - Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail.
