We are looking for a Dev
Ops Engineer!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1, 200 to €2, 000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business production workflows and scenarios;
  
  
• Manage Incidents, Requests, Changes;
  
  
• Provide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project;
  
  
• Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue. Contribute towards better
  - release checkouts;
  
  
• Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.

Technical Skills:

• Dev
  Ops;
  
  
• Linux;
  
  
• RPA;
  
  
• Windows;
  
  
• Application Performance Monitor (Specifically Dynatrace);
  
  
• General IT infrastructure knowledge;
  
  
• Particular knowledge and experience with Red
  Hat Linux;
  
  
• Shell script;
  
  
• Fluent in English.
