We are seeking a new team member to join our multicultural Dev
Ops team. In this role, you will be part of our Platform Engineering function, which is dedicated to streamlining and automating development and operations processes to ensure faster, more efficient, and more reliable software delivery while maintaining
- quality standards. You will be supporting our team’s efforts of maintaining shared infrastructure, enabling infrastructure provisioning through code, and defining and promoting global best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale our cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Integrate and automate tools and processes throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain
  -
  - code (Ia
  C) templates and automation to streamline infrastructure provisioning and optimize operations.
• Enhance our observability stack, providing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting for system, application, and network performance.
• Drive a "shift-left" operational strategy by embedding reliability and observability best practices directly into developer workflows.
• Contribute to innovation with Curiosity by proposing new ideas and emerging technologies, and a strategic mindset that contributes to the
  - term vision of how we deliver value to the organization.
• Participate in an
  - call rotation to provide occasional
  - shift availability for production issues or maintenance, demonstrating Integrity and a sense of shared ownership.
• Actively contribute to the team's processes and documentation, fostering a culture of Community and shared knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dev
  Ops or a similar role, or a background as a Software Engineer with operational responsibilities.
• Experience with
  -
  - code (Ia
  C) principles and tools (e. g. , Terraform).
• Experience with AWS cloud provider.
• Experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian/Cent
  OS preferred) and in general automation scripting (Bash/Python preferred).
• Familiarity with container and orchestrator technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
• A
  - organized,
  - oriented individual with strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English, who pursues Excellence in their work and has the Humility to seek feedback and learn from others to drive continuous improvement.
