Our Telco division is seeking a
Senior Dev
Ops Engineerto lead the automation of voice technology deployments across both
- premise data centers and public cloud environments. This is a
- impact role where you’ll help shape the infrastructure that powers critical telecom services, supporting both scalability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) frameworks to automate deployment of voice technologies.
• Own and operate automation pipelines and infrastructure in a distributed,
  - grade environment.
• Lead Ia
  C and Dev
  Ops best practices, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Drive initiatives to modernize and optimize voice platform automation.
• Analyze recurring network or platform incidents and introduce automation to reduce operational risk.
• Deliver clear documentation and handoffs to operational teams to ensure seamless support and transition.
• Provide technical guidance and support to operations and engineering teams when needed.
• Promote a collaborative, agile work culture aligned with continuous delivery and Dev
  Ops principles.
• Champion the customer experience by building reliable systems that support Five9's voice infrastructure.

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, Dev
  Ops, or operations roles within a telecom or service provider environment.
• Deep
  - on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef in production settings.
• Strong experience with AWS services and
  - native module development.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux, especially CLI-based operations and scripting.
• Experience working with REST APIs and building integrations with web services.
• Skilled in CI/CD automation using Git
  Lab or similar tools.
• Solid Python programming skills applied in infrastructure and automation use cases.
• Background in telecom voice platforms and network automation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
