The Dev
Ops Lead will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, scalability, and security of microservices within the healthcare cloud platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with GCP, infrastructure as code (Ia
C), and SRE practices.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Dev
Ops team to establish best practices for CI/CD and SRE; - Proactively monitor system performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement solutions;
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure goal alignment and efficient workflows;
- Create and maintain comprehensive solutions documentation, including C4 models, deployment diagrams, network diagrams, and component views;
- Implement and promote SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and capacity planning;
- Work with development teams to integrate the latest technology advancements, ensuring scalability and agility;
- Navigate complex corporate environments, aligning technical operations with broader business goals;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dev
Ops; - At least 2 years of experience with GCP;
- Over 1 year of experience in a Dev
Ops Lead role; - Proficiency in GCP, with demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure and services;
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster management and security policies;
- Familiarity with microservices architecture in a
- native environment; - Solid understanding of network architecture and security protocols;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries, building relationships, and sharing ideas to achieve broad organizational goals;
- Excellent
- solving, negotiation, and organizational skills; - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance;
- Experience with Google Cloud's Operations Suite;
- Experience with Go, Python, PHP;
- Ability to work completely remotely;
- Interest in working on interesting projects;
- Exposure to a variety of industries and technologies.
