Your Role
As a Dev
Ops Engineer at Capgemini, you will join a multicultural and innovative team dedicated to delivering cutting‑edge solutions for software development and infrastructure automation. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of cloud and on‑premises environments. Your role will involve managing Kubernetes clusters, orchestrating containers, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and driving the adoption of Dev
Sec
Ops best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams on both national and international projects, contributing to the development and deployment of high‑performance and reliable systems that support our clients’ digital transformation journey.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a Technology area;
- Writing/Speaking skills in English, minimum level B2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
- Self‑motivated and proactive; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and take creative feedback constructively;
Technical skills:
- 5+ years of professional Linux administration experience;
- 3+ years Experience with cloud provider services (AWS, Azure);
- Strong Experience with Docker containers and Docker‑compose;
- Strong Experience with container orchestration systems (preferably Kubernetes);
- Experience with administration and maintenance of
- hosted Kubernetes clusters; - Experience with Kubernetes package managers (preferably Helm);
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform);
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (preferably Prometheus, Grafana);
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages: bash, Python/Go; (at least 2)
- Strong Experience with at least 2 of CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Atlassian Bitbucket Cloud, Git
Lab, Azure Dev
Ops); - Experience with Git
Ops tools (Argo
CD, Flux); - Knowledge of the network stack;
- Experience with virtualization systems;
- Experience in using logging systems: Loki, ELK‑stack;
- Understanding of basic software development processes;
- Knowledge and practice with applying Dev
Sec
Ops methodologies; - Knowledge of JSON, XML, Yaml formats;
- Experience with Git;
- Understanding of building tools for Java, Python, Node. js, C++ applications (at least 2).
