We are currently seeking an experienced Dev
Ops Engineer to join a
- impact project within the insurance sector, focused on
- native architecture and infrastructure automation.

100% Remote within Portugal OR Hybrid (50%) from Porto, Lisbon, or Fundão .

Remote work outside Portugal is not allowed. Only candidates with the right to work in Portugal will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build cloud-native distributed systems , microservices , and serverless architectures .
Integrate external Saa
S solutions (e. g. , Vmware , Service
Now , Prisma
Cloud , Crossplane ).
Automate infrastructure using Python , Go , and AWS SDK (Boto3) .
Participate in code reviews , pair programming , and team retrospectives .
Estimate and deliver User Stories in collaboration with Customer IT Architects.
Enhance platform features and automate monitoring and alerting processes.
Develop and deploy scalable, secure,
- tolerant systems on AWS.
Improve performance of existing AWS automation and Ia
C (Infrastructure as Code).
Define and execute automated test scenarios for
- quality deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

6–8 years of experience in Dev
Ops roles.
Strong knowledge of AWS services , networking , and cloud infrastructure at scale.
Proficient in Python (and preferably Go ).
Deep understanding of the Linux operating system .
Practical experience with Docker , ECS , and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiar with Git , AWS Code
Commit , and Cloud
Watch .
Strong skills with Ia
C tools (Terraform preferred, also Crossplane or Cloud
Formation).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana .
Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
AWS certifications (Associate or Professional level) are highly valued.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level ).
