We are looking for a Dev
Ops Team Lead to join an international tech scale up company, leader in cybersecurity solutions. This company applies security layers to web applications, garanting
- defensive capabilities that enable them to fight any fraud,

What will be your mission?

• Lead and mentor a skilled Dev
  Ops team, fostering technical growth and strong team dynamics;
  
  
• Own and evolve robust, secure infrastructures across hybrid and cloud environments;
  
  
• Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git
  Lab CI, Argo
  CD, Terraform, Ansible;
  
  
• Contribute to strategic tech decisions and incident response, ensuring operational excellence in highly regulated environments (e. G. , PCI DSS);
  
  
• Take an active role in code reviews, performance optimization, and
  - functional collaboration.

What will make you triumph in this position?

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  
  
• Solid experience in Dev
  Ops roles (minimum 5 years) and technical leadership;
  
  
• Mastery of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
  Lab CI, Argo
  CD;
  
  
• Experience withmonitoring systems (Prometheus, ELK, Fluent
  Bit, etc. );
  
  
• Knowledge of environments regulated by standards such as PCI DSS;
  
  
• Passion for technological innovation, team spirit and
  - on mindset;
  
  
• Fluent level of
  English.
