Ops Team Lead to join an international tech

What will be your mission?

• Lead and mentor a skilled Dev
  Ops team, fostering technical growth and team cohesion;
• Own and develop secure, robust infrastructures across hybrid and cloud environments;
• Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git
  Lab CI, Argo
  CD, Terraform, Ansible;
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and incident response, ensuring operational excellence in regulated environments (e. g. , PCI DSS);
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and
  - team collaboration.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Dev
  Ops roles with leadership responsibilities;
• Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
  Lab CI, Argo
  CD;
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK, Fluent
  Bit;
• Knowledge of standards such as PCI DSS;
• Passion for innovation, teamwork, and practical
  - solving;
• Fluent English language skills.
