Job Description

Prevention and Treatment of Incidents

• Control and ensure quality of change to prevent incidents.
• Maintain reactivity and accuracy in supervision and alerting systems.
• Provide efficient infrastructure and processes.
• Assist and advise on projects and solutions using our infrastructure.
• Develop technical and capacity roadmaps for our technologies.
• Update and evolve solutions according to the roadmap and project needs.
• Ensure the security of our solutions by analyzing and fixing CVEs and contributing to audits.
• Document architecture and operations for support consistency.
• Industrialize and automate processes and services.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support Level 2 to 3 in security infrastructure management, both internal and
  - facing.
• Upgrade and deploy security devices on the network.
• Design solutions for new technologies, client projects, capacity planning, and resilience.
• Automate perimeter processes and controls.
• Participate in night and weekend operations as needed.
• Contribute to
  - call duties.
• Perform automatic diagnostics on INE devices for health monitoring during issues.
• Maintain device states before and after changes.
• Conduct compliance checks based on INE templates for all devices.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience with security infrastructure solutions (firewalls, DDI, NAC, VPN-SSL).
• Knowledge of Proxy, F5.
• Experience with automation/NETOPS tools (Ansible, Python, Perl).
• Expertise in VPN-SSL and DDI technologies is highly valued.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following technologies: Fortinet firewalls, Palo Alto, Mc
  Afee proxy (Skyhigh Security), Infoblox, F5 LTM, Cisco ISE, Cisco Anyconnect.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Good communication, organizational, analytical, and
  - solving skills.
• Autonomous and
  - oriented, quick learner.
