We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role involves designing, implementing, managing, and maturing comprehensive cybersecurity architectures, conducting audits and assessments, and supporting cybersecurity controls, risk, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary cybersecurity contact and trusted advisor.
• Design and evolve cybersecurity architecture.
• Conduct cybersecurity audits, assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
• Align cybersecurity posture with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement and optimize security solutions and controls.
• Lead cybersecurity risk management processes.
• Develop and test incident response plans and support during incidents.
• Deploy and tune cybersecurity monitoring solutions and analyze alerts.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate cybersecurity requirements.
• Report findings, risks, and remediation strategies to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity design, audits, and vulnerability analysis.
• Experience with securing Linux and Windows OS,
  - premise and cloud architectures, virtualisation, IAM, risk, and incident management.
• Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001/27701, NIST, CIS, SOC 2).
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to produce clear, actionable reports.
• Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead.
• Experience with advanced cybersecurity technologies and cloud services.
• Knowledge of AI/ML in cybersecurity and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Power
  Shell).
• Participation in cybersecurity communities.
