Responsibilities
- Participate in projects under the guidance of the Project Director and/or Project Manager within BPCE Managed Services and Technologies during application development and deployment phases.
- Ensure the availability and performance of technical resources.
- Analyze and resolve incidents at levels 2 and 3.
- Support production and software development processes, providing operational support to project teams.
- Implement technical solutions for incident resolution, perform diagnostics, and execute backup fixes.
- Maintain information system applications for quality, productivity, and security.
- Assess operational risks and customer impact.
- Manage environment needs, validation, and monitoring.
- Advise, assist, and train teams;
provide early warnings during integration. - Define usability requirements and coordinate with experts and suppliers.
- Establish standards for system management, security, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to security, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Offer innovative solutions to enhance area performance.
- Ensure service levels meet contractual SLAs.
Job Duties
- Perform advanced Splunk administration and development to enhance infrastructure, including log management, troubleshooting, reporting, dashboards, and security roles.
- Support, maintain, and expand a resilient Splunk infrastructure.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Splunk agents across platforms.
- Troubleshoot server and agent issues.
- Monitor infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization.
- Automate processes and develop scripts to improve efficiency.
- Research and support hardware/software upgrades.
- Design and maintain custom scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Require a Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Splunk in administration, installation, configuration, clustering, monitoring, query, and dashboard design.
- Experience with Red Hat OS and scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
Preferred Certifications
- Splunk Certified Admin
- Splunk Core Certified Power User
