Job Description

Devoteam Cyber Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cybersecurity Service Manager to lead a highly skilled team of consultants for one of our key clients in the banking sector.

The role will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of a comprehensive cybersecurity service, overseeing the client relationship and reporting directly to the top management. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of deep technical understanding, project management excellence, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity services across multiple domains.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of cybersecurity consultants.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular reports and strategic updates to their management team.
• Provide expert oversight on security architecture for the client’s strategic digital transformation services and projects.
• Ensure the effective implementation and management of the Secure SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Manage the
  -
  - end vulnerability management process, from identification and analysis to remediation coordination.
• Direct and manage the team’s activities in TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), including the security lifecycle of procurement processes.
• Support the client in critical activities, including incident response, audit preparations, and the development and review of security policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to all service domains.
• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity consultancy, including the management of complex services and projects.
• Substantial experience delivering cybersecurity projects within the banking sector.
• In-depth experience with regulatory projects for the financial sector concerning cybersecurity, operational resilience and data protection.
• Proven experience managing teams of five or more people.
• Strong organisational, analytical and
  - solving skills.
• High sense of ethics, integrity and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and/or Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly valued.
• Participation in cybersecurity communities, forums or professional networks.
