We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity & Customer Success Manager to oversee service delivery for key clients in the IT and Telecom sectors. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage security and infrastructure services, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. This role is based in Lisbon, supporting a major telecom client within our Customer Success Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer success strategies across IT and cybersecurity service areas.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including preventive measures and incident response.
- Lead and support teams to meet
- level objectives and performance goals. - Act as the primary contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and participate in audits or certifications (e. g. , GNS).
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Management and/or Cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- GNS certification (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components.
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain emotional control.
