Job Description:

We are seeking DORA Consultants or experienced individuals in DORA subjects such as ICT Governance, ICT Risk Management, ICT Incident Response, Third-Party Risk Management, and resilience testing.

The DORA Consultant will analyze, design, implement, and govern processes and technologies related to DORA compliance.

• Support the implementation of DORA to ensure compliance by
  - January 2025.
• Perform system and process assessments, providing analysis and guidance.
• Design and deliver solutions, automations, templates, workflows, and integrate into existing systems.
• Oversee key work streams and process improvements.
• Work with business functions for DORA compliance.
• Contribute to policies and procedures for governance and control.
• Support TPRM and Outsourcing remediation programs.
• Support cybersecurity governance and documentation for DORA.
• Establish and align Resilience Testing framework.
• Support ICT Risk Management and Incident Response alignment with DORA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience as a Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in Financial Services or related consultancy.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards like ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.
• Experience with regulatory compliance projects and risk management.
• Knowledge of Incident Response, EU DORA, EBA regulations.
• Strong process and controls design skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Participation in cybersecurity and DORA communities.
