Responsibilities

- Lead projects related to identity and access management.

- Act as scrum master for Sailpoint Identity IQ projects and ensure delivery quality.

- Lead the deployment of the Key Management System to support database encryption.

- Report to the IT IAM Manager.

- Promote test coverage of the team.

- Prepare the project monthly report.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business, IT or related field.

- Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management.

- Strong experience with Agile methodologies.

- Experience managing projects for IAM.

- Knowledge of one or more Identity Management Products (Sail
Point Identity
IQ, One Identity) – a plus.

- Experience in projects for database encryption deployment – a plus.

- Understanding of Windows and Linux Security – a plus.

- Experience in PAM deployment like Cyber
Ark – a plus.
