About The Role

We are looking for a Dev
Sec
Ops Engineer who is eager to learn, highly collaborative, and passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and security integration. You will play a key role in scaling, deploying, securing, and maintaining complex systems while working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure, systems, and applications across DEV, QA, and Production environments.
• Integrate security practices into all phases of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage the project deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth live implementations.
• Develop scalable and
  - performance architectures that align with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management with modern tools.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.
• Produce audit reports and documentation on systems, practices, and improvements.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to streamline processes and enhance security posture.

Mandatory Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Dev
  Ops, Sec
  Ops, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• ✅ Proven experience with automation and configuration management using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
• ✅ Solid understanding of security architectures and Dev
  Sec
  Ops frameworks.
• ✅ Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Open
  Shift).
• ✅ Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms — preferably Azure, but AWS is also acceptable.
• ✅ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• ✅ Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments.
• ✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Preferred Skills

• ⭐ Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• ⭐ Knowledge of monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• ⭐ Familiarity with network design and infrastructure security principles.
• ⭐ Hands‑on experience with CI/CD best practices and pipeline management.
